Mansion betting option makes no sense To Advance to the Next Round

I don't understand this bet at Mansion ,I thought the Round of 16 was Single elimination. At Mansion I see the betting Option "To Advance to the Next Round" with different odds than the team moneyline. If its single elimination isn't it the same thing ?

The team moneyline is only for 90 minutes regulation.

If the game is tied after regulation, they play 30 minutes extra time. If it is still tied, there is a shootout.
